1. How do you get your popcorn to be so BIG and uniformly coated?
a. We get our popcorn to be big by using a mushroom popcorn popped at high heat to insure completely popped kernels.
b. We coat our popcorn while it is still warm so that the coating gets absorbed as opposed sitting on the kernel where it can come off on your fingers.
2. Can we either open a Big Popper store or can we partner with you?
a. Sorry, we do not franchise our store.
The questions most retailers have to deal with:
1. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? Secure?
a. Yes, we use Verisign SSL certificates to ensure secure communications. All credit card data is encrypted protect your privacy.
2. If I have a promotional code where do I enter it?
a. In the shopping cart you will see a box labeled “Promotion Code.” This is where you will enter your promotion code. You must click the “Apply to Order” for it to qualify.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
a. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover card.
4. When is my credit card charged?
a. You credit card is charged when the order is processed. This reserves the inventory necessary for the creation of your order.
5. How can I cancel my order?
a. Call 800-698-0212, if your order has not shipped we will cancel your order and refund your charge card.
6. Can I specify an exact delivery date?
a. The only way an exact delivery date can be assured is to place the order with Next Day Air delivery . UPS does not give us any other ship method which is guaranteed.
7. If my gift recipient changes their mind and will be gone during the delivery process, can I change the shipment destination?
a. If the package has not been delivered, call 800-698-0212 and request a UPS intercept and give them the alternate address.
8. How long will my popcorn stay fresh?
a. If the tin is unopened, the popcorn will stay fresh 30 days.
b. After it is opened, it is a function of how and where the tin is stored. Humidity is the biggest concern. Popcorn is a dry snack and will absorb moisture if it is not air tight.
9. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
a. No, we ship via UPS. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
10. What is your cut off time for “Ship Now”?
a. 1 pm CST.
11. How much do you charge for shipping?
a. We charge $7.95 per 1 gallon tin
b. We charge $8.55 per 2 gallon tin
c. We charge $8.75 per 3 ½ gallon tin
12. Is my information ever sold or shared with another company?
a. No, we do not ever sell / or share our customer information.
13. Is your popcorn gluten free?
a. Yes, popcorn is naturally gluten free. We use no ingredients that contain gluten.
